the caffeine is just a energy drink replacement, l theanine has synergistic effects with caffeine and reduces the negative effects, same with taurine as l theanine, the gaba + b6 for anxiety and focus but ive found it also boosts my motivation and levels me out. i assume my brains natural gaba production is dysfunctional as when i quit clonazepam cold turkey i had PAWS for over a year and never really got back to how i felt before it.

i think i may go back on invega,
when i originally switched to invega from olanzapine i lost 60 pounds the first 4 months.
now im back on olanzapine as its cheaper if i ever lost insurance and also it is better for sleep,
what ive noticed tho is i feel no different sz wise on olanzapine. but ive gained all of those 60 lbs back plus more. my pdoc appointment in a few weeks i will go back on invega and maybe even try the 6 month injection, only reason ive stayed on olanzapine so long is because i didnt have a pdoc for many months.
my blood sugar was better when i was on invega also, on olanzapine with a combo of the ravenous appetite and metabolic effects i am on the border of diabetes

Invega messed me up so bad, so much akathisia… but I feel ya on the weight gain. Went from 185 to 215 on Zyprexa

post acute withdrawal syndrome, its basically certain drugs when you are dependent can cause withdrawal which usually just lasts a few days to weeks. some drugs like benzos can cause post acute withdrawal syndrome where the withdrawal is over but there are still severe and long lasting symptoms

i went from 180 to 360. once i reached that point i never gained more despite how much i eat, i gave up and gave in to the binge eating but it seems on olanzapine i only gain the first few months then no more gain, but impossible to lose without stopping, also never experienced akathisia

Well my plans to save a little money this month were foiled. Oh well. Section 8 takes a huge chunk of my check so I would have to live like an insect to save any money. These are the breaks huh?
I placed a pick-up order at the local Walmart. Hopefully they have everything I need or I might just cancel it.

I’ve had a good day so far. Work was easy today, albeit a little boring at times. Right now chillin with music, a playlist I made to get me amped for the concert I’m going to Oct 17: Dope, Static X, and just a little Sevendust. Good stuff. 
I’m happy to have Sunday off again, can watch football, without having to record and watch later.

My trip went well. Ate a lot of Chinese buffet. Wally World wasn’t jammed with people plugging up the aisles BSing. I drove there and back without someone on my ass the whole time.
Bought some tarantula supplies. Got a heat mat and a wire mesh terrarium cover. Need substrate, a hideout, food source, and the big thing…a tarantula.
Told the register lady that my new pet will have eight legs. I got a good story about tarantulas in return. Two women said eewww! 
Didn’t buy any vinyl records, video games, or anything fancy.
If I would have spent what I did in my dumb little town I wouldn’t have needed a cart to haul my stuff out. F that buy local spiel.
