He said he wants all my bladder stuff handled by oncology (cancer dr) instead of him. The only things he’ll be in charge of are UTIs, catheter prescriptions, and annual kidney ultrasounds.
I don’t have cancer but 100% of my bladder is precancerous with an extremely rare condition.
It did show some improvement in my last test oncology did though so that’s good.
25% of people with my condition go on to develop bladder cancer though so we have to keep an eye on it to make sure I’m ok.
He said I no longer have to drink a minimum of a gallon of water per day. I can drink 80-100 ounces per day if I want. I think I’ll stick with a gallon.
Thanks @HollyHobbie . I do also have a neurogenic bladder which means my brain no longer sends signals to my bladder to contract. That means I can’t pee without catheterizing myself every few hours.
