Rowing machine?

Hey has anyone used this at the gym or at home ? I bought one because I heard it gives you overall workout and is low impact.

Hey,
I use this at the gym. It’s in fact the only thing I use at the gym it’s really great one cos it doesn’t feel too exhausting. I like pulling the cord really hard and then gently letting it go back to its place. I use it for ten minutes and ten seconds. I like that it’s toning my arms and good for my back…
Nice choice for the home

I have never used one. I have seen them at the gym though. They seem to be pretty popular.

LS! I have a rowing machine in my home; I bought it five years ago for 1200 euro/1400 dollar. It is a Concept2 rowing machine and very sturdy. It can handle my weight of 133 kilo/ app 300lb. I worked out on it for ten months now five days a week; two times twenty minutes. The other two days I work out with dumbbells. In one and a half years I lost 25 kilo’s because of this and because of intermittent fasting. My calves and biceps are big now. I sort of love my body again now. It is possible to join the internet Concept2 competition.
