Interpretation
Our results support the efficacy of cariprazine in the treatment of predominant negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
Background
Although predominant negative symptoms of schizophrenia can be severe enough to cause persistent impairment, effective treatment options are lacking. We aimed to assess the new generation antipsychotic cariprazine in adult patients with predominant negative symptoms.
Are you thinking polypharmacy or switching when it comes out?
It got approved in the UK some months ago, but I can’t get it in my region
I would suspect like most things it will switch off a light and one you wouldn’t have expected will come on again
Be careful @Aziz
Are you still off your meds?
I went back on them yesterday. I want to completely switch to Vraylar.
For crying out loud.
How long have you been off the meds?
I tapered off meds in 3 days, then one day off meds, next day I took meds again. So one day without any meds.
You know what I think about it already.
