Small sample but I think it’s a no brainer. Eat better. Exercise more. I just wish I did it when I was 30 and newly diagnosed till waiting till I was 47 and obese!

Exercise and take care of your body. I didn’t care about my body for 20 years and now I have a life-limiting genetic disorder.

I’m too fatigued for strenous exercise so decided to start fasting regularly to maintain my health. Requires less energy than exercise and probably just as effective a keeping away lifestyle diseases.
