Choline deficiency is a thing, and can lead to both liver and brain problems as it’s needed for both metabolism and acetylcholine synthesis. You can eat lots of eggs, or take something like alpha gpc. It’s more complicated than that, as b vitamins and methylation are also involved. Also creatine has been shown to help the brain, not only liver metabolism and muscle health.
