I’m inadmissible for recovery collage as I’m under the intellectual disability service not mental health. They have offered me a peer support worker in the past though which I didn’t want.
My current psychiatrist who discharged me today says I should try the recovery college… I will look into it tomorrow.

This is super interesting I did not know these existed. I can imagine they are effective but also this is a scoping paper, wish there was data
