VEGAN CHILI. TWO REGULAR SIZED CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE. TWO REGULAR SIZED CANS OF RED KIDNEY BEANS. A THIRD OF A REGULAR SIZED CAN OF CORN. EITHER TWO TABLESPOONS OF CHILI POWDER AND HALF A TEASPOON OF GARLIC OR A CHILI SEASONING MIX MADE FOR ONE POUND OF BEEF. RINSE BEANS FIRST. ADD INGREDIENTS TO POT.
COOK ON LOWEST BOIL FOR ONE HOUR STIR PER TWENTY MINUTES THEN LET REST UNTIL COOL THEN REHEAT OR REFRIDGERATE IT’S DONE.

We’re not vegans but my mom actually used to make a similar recipe, chili beans without the meat. It was very good.

I tried vegan chili like this in the mental hospital.

Greek salad (traditional)

Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced red onion
Black olives pitted
Feta cheese
Hot peppers (ignore if you don’t like spicy)
Renee’s greek creamy dressing

I guess it would be more authentic if I made the dressing

Easy beef stroganoff:

Cook chopped hamburger until brown
Boil some noodles
Mix in hamburger with 2 small cans of cream of mushroom soup
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste
Throw it all together
