@anon94176359 what is it that you want and need. You post a lot and seem to absorb everyones advice to the point you must be drowning in opinions. Think for a second, therapy might really help. Idk, just a thought. You deserve peace

So my doc decided the seroquel has stopped working and I agree. We decided to up the depixol depot (which I think does work) and reduce the seroquel with the aim of stopping it and replacing with oral depixol.
Overall am pretty pleased. I don’t think I am ready to go on clozapine with all the bloods and stuff.
He wants me to get a support worker who I will get coffee with in town
