Really love music but wanna do the "right thing"

One of my mom’s BF’s friends runs a sound company, he does great business, but has been hit pretty hard by covid. Sometimes we take trips to go stay at his house in the countryside, and they jam together in this really dope sound recording room he has. Lots of computers and sound equipment in there. The local convenience mart sells this particular brand of Butterfinger Ice Cream that is just the best. I always look forward to visiting.

I’ve always wanted to do something with music. Schizophrenia gets in the way too much though.

I have written a song but I can’t sing.

One day you might be able to pursue your music interests.

If you want to stay stable in your emotions skip the music for a while and if you have intimacy issues also have a break from the music. Stay stable everyone

What instrumet/type of music would you like to learn?

Usually you can get a long way with only time invest. You can look for a good and cheap teacher aswell.

I’m starting to snap some nice shots but i only have a phone to play with, its good quality but the zoom is poor and focus, i took a few recently i thought were ok

When I said by sell My art stuff I didn’t mean my paintings, I meant sell away my paints and brushes.

I just had deja vu with your post.
I’m in a loop

I want to be an illustrator and make a living illustrating children’s book or making comic books.
For now, I’ll leave it as a hobby, as the art industry is competitive and requires networking and self-promotion beyond my capabilities.

Ive been playing guitar and singing for 11 years.
I’m trying to brush up on musical theory so I could teach and write out my compositions

If you are planning on learning harmony and giving lessons, you may learn a little bit of jazz. I would suggest to watch jens larsen´s youtube channel for that.
