True but you gotta rise above the folks and I’m working to help erase stigma. I may not be a huge mental health advocate seemingly so, but my music is all about spreading awareness of mental health and erasing stigma. Even if I make the illness seem light and comical at times, it’s supposed to have the effect on the listener to practice acceptance towards people like me.

It’s just a name. They don’t know what it means or what meds to put you on. Don’t put much weight on it except to hold it as a badge of honor for being selected in to the 1%

It doesn’t bother me anymore, the stigma. I’d rather people avoid me anyway. Lol
