The guy above me yelled at me this morning. And now he’s standing or sitting right above me. The floor is creaking. Took a vistaril don’t know that if I turn him in would it stop.
I don’t want to be rude, but are you completely sure it’s not just the paranoia getting the better of you?
My ex would always call me and complain that his upstairs neighbours were listening to him and clapping at him and responding to him and such, but there was never anything whenever I came over. He was suffering from paranoia and always thought people (even me) were after him or saying mean things directed at him even when they weren’t.

I don’t think you can turn a guy in for those kinds of things. Maybe you could have a friend come over, or go over to a friend’s house.
Sadly no. I wish it was paranoia. It came through my ceiling clear as day. After my boyfriend left he yelled some more. Still follows from room to room. He’s not the only one who yells at me. I’ll just have to live with it.

I’m not sure that I am going to come back home today. Pretty much never come back. I guess because I am sz I’m imagining everything and people don’t harass others.
No, what I mean is… Are you 100% sure you’re not imagining it? I know you said you’re sure you’re not, but auditory hallucinations can sound very, very real, and combined with paranoia can be impossible to separate from the reality.
Try to be logical about it;
- why would your neighbours yell things at you?
- Are you sure they’re not yelling at their TV, and the sound “follows” you because it’s a loud apartment and sound travels?
- What would they want from you?
I once read a blog created by a male. He said when a man calls a woman a hoe etc that the man wants to sleep with the person he’s name calling. Idk about that but I guess they think I sleep around a lot? I’m home all day usually. Been in a ten year relationship with my boyfriend. You tell me.
I mean, what would they think they could get out of yelling at you through the ceiling?
What would be their motive (other than sleeping with you)
And why would they do it?
Ask yourself that question… Say it’s happening. What would you think if he’s yelling obscenities at you? A total stranger
I wouldn’t think they were directed at me. I would think they were directed at the TV, or someone else in his apartment, or maybe he had Tourette’s.
He’s a goddam male why else would he be yelling stupid ■■■■ my guess is he has nothing better to do.

Yes I am taking my meds. I might have to record him going off about bs. Or just not come back home.
