we have had a dip in temps for a couple weeks now, and it will continue for another week or more. but im doing well in the cold. i don’t even wear gloves, and my hands don’t cold. it’s just the snow that gets me down. yeah, it’s beautiful at first, but the shovelling and driving in it, sucks. we got the most snow we’ve had in 13 years, it seems this was the norm when i was growing up, but the winters are really getting warmer, or at least had been.

I’m in Michigan. We got way more snow when I was a kid. But sometimes it still gets bitter cold. Last year we had -54F (-47.77 C) with the windchill. It was insane.

wow that is really cold. it was only 15F this morning. didn’t feel too cold at all with a hoodie and coat, and beanie on. im good down to 20 degrees or a little lower, but it’s the wind that gets to me also, we didn’t have much wind this morning.

The cold is nothing to me. Last night I took the dog out while the temperature was -4F and the wind was blowing. All I had on was a t-shirt and shorts. Then it snowed overnight and I had to dig my car out this morning. Hate that. On the other hand, 6 months ago I lived in a place where the temps were 115F everyday and had no issue with that either. Global warming, or global Ice Age? Bring it!!

It’s been unseasonably warm the past week or two here in Northern California. The trees are flowering with fluffy white flowers. It looks like floral snow.

Haha! Minnesotans have to relearn how to drive every winter. We just think very little about snow. Long as we can get out of our houses here and there we are content with the snow and cold.
