R your neighbors on your mind much?

Almost like having roommates to me.

Paranoia is a cruel master!

I thought a while back that I had killed 5 of my neighbors using telepathy to cause an aortic dissection…I turned myself into the police and confessed everything. Well, they took me to the ER and actually called those neighbors to validate they were still kicking and breathing, and now those neighbors either ignore me or give me that little sideways glance that people give crazy folks. So, yeah, my neighbors are on my mind.

I hate any and all noises that come from neighbors. Not that i hate noise, its that i question wether or not they may be talking about me sometimes. And also when im home i hate being reminded of outside. But to be fair im probably the loudest out of the block or units i live in. I always play music and watch loud movies and the like.

I used to be paranoid about my neighbors and thought I heard them talking to me 24/7 in my head. Medication wiped out out their voices and the paranoia.

My upstairs neighbors are frequently on my mind. The floors squeak so we can hear every time they walk around. Especially at 6am on my day off. We can also hear when they have sex. Which unfortunately is super often. Drives me insane. I can’t wait to move to a quieter place.

They’re nice people and they’re just living their lives so we just have to deal with it. It’s just so frustrating.

We have good neighbours. I live in an old well-built house in a good area so never hear the neighbours.

I am currently living in a quiet neighbourhood. The police is rarely coming. Everyone mind their own business, its great.

Police procedure. They take the citizenry seriously.

I have been living without anyone above me for about 3 months and its been so great. The last person living there wasn’t rude, but I would hear her so often talking loudly on the phone (she woke me up a few times by answering with a big “HELLO?” on her phone), coughing (heavy smoker), listening to her TV late at night or seeing her nurse/therapist. I actually told the person who works in my block about the last one because I could hear every word of what her nurse/therapist would say to her because they both talked so loudly to each other and they said that it wasn’t right on me, or right on my neighbour as its not confidential if I can hear them.

I’m just really hoping the next person who lives above me is sensible when it comes to noise. Obviously some sound is unavoidable but I absolutely cannot stand having to listen to other people 24/7. It puts me on edge and makes me not able to relax.

We moved to a new home back in March and gave up condo life as we’re in a house now. No having to listen to neighbours fighting or loud sex from upstairs. It’s niiiiiiice.

I hear some noises and music sometimes. Just have to tell myself it’s nothing to do with me, people are just living their lifes, and I too am making noises. That’s just the way it is with apartment life.

I don’t have issues with my neighbors in this apartment. I used to and they moved. I’m just paranoid they think I’m a freakazoid.
