Tomorrow im going to 3mg. Then 0mg. I think the nicotine is interfering with my meds .

I was told smokers needed higher doses. I guess it must be because of the nicotine being a stimulant.
Where I live the local hospital only provides decaf coffee, think that probably doesn’t help either!
They have also gone smoke free, so not even the inpatients are allowed to smoke anymore.

Yeah the wards here have banned smoking. I’m kinda glad they did.

It was weird. I remember that hospital when I was 17 actually had an indoor smoking room with a TV and everything!
Now you cannot even smoke in the car park.

I don’t understand this. I tried vaping a few months back, but I just bought the bottles from the supermarket.
Can you get them in different doses in those vape shops?

Yes there’s a few vape shops here. They make the ejuice with whatever nic percentage etc.

I smoke too many cigarettes. I probably smoke about 10 rollies before I even get dressed, and then a few during the day and another 5-10 in the evening.
I might give the vape thing a go again, as it sounds like I didn’t do it properly.
