I tried once to quit smoking, i used nicotine patch and i was successful but when i was done with nicotine patch i started having depression, depression lasted when i start smoking again, maybe this time i need to reduce smoking slowly within a year than quit.
I’m holding at three smokes a day. It’s a little rough some times, but I think I want to see if I can do it. Then I’ll try for two.
