Quitting antipsychotics and sleeping 5-6 hours

Hi.I hope all of you are doing well. Over a period of around 9 months i now gradually have quit antipsychotics. Rest everything is fine but I wake up at around 5-6 am daily. So i am sleeping around 5-6 hours daily on average. In the afternoon I feel but sleepy in office and then I take coffee. It is manageable but is that a concern? Have you been in such situation before?

After how much time you relapsed?

One relapse for 2-3 years. It has been 6 months taking meds after the relapse…How about you? How long were you having it?

a little caffeine in the morning and a bit of planning at night can always help.

its also easy to put the brain to sleep with meds, or even just everyday foods

You remained stable without medication for 2-3 years?

No I had illness for 2-3years. I was stable without meds less than one month during that period.

If this was a sign of relapse, why didn’t my pdoc tell me about it…? He just said that it’s about meds and just made a next appointment …!
