Do you now have lose skin after losing a lot of weight? I want to lose 100 pounds but im scared of getting loose skin everywhere, especially my stomach.

I lost 80 lbs once and had no loose skin.

Only after I had a baby did my body warp a little.

I lost 50 lbs in my early 30’s and did not have loose skin. 100lbs is considerably more though, so I have no idea.

When I was on Zyprexa I weighed something like 340lbs. I’m down to 265 now and so far don’t have any loose skin.

I lost 100 pounds (45kg) last year. I found that I need to stay at that weight because if I lose any more, my skin will be hanging. But right now, it’s not.

However, weight training and muscle building and toning helps with that. So now I’m focusing on weight training.

Good luck!

My highest weight was 326…then I went down to 180…gained again to about 300, then went down to 188 by starving myself…got put on Seroquel and went up to 298, and now I’m close to 270. When I was at my lower weights, there was definitely some loose skin, but I dealt with it by wearing Lycra shorts and using some body friction preventer sticks (looks like deodorant stick). I’ve always liked loose clothing, tho, so a lot of times it wasn’t noticable. I don’t like the loose skin when I lose weight, but it’s way better than the tight feel of fat cells bulging all over the place… I’m also more thankful to the benefits of a lower weight, like going up stairs easily or being able to sit in an airline seat and not have to ask for a seatbelt extender…
