I’m a little out of it today. I’m trying to find out how long it takes for paliperidone ER (pill not shot) to reach maximum peak in your system. Like, how long does it take to build up to its peak over time?

Steady state was achieved by Day 6 for both treatment groups.

Oral Osmotic Release Invega takes 24 hours to achieve peak blood concentration and Invega has a 23 hour half life.
