I just took a shower. First one in 5 days. Got in my comfy clothes and laid in bed. My pup jumped up with me. She loves my blanket for winter time. Its so warm. Im juat avoiding my dad today. Been around him too much lately. Im also sick of sitting in the recliner for 12 hours a day. I hate winter.
Aren’t pets the best?! I’m glad you have your pup to snuggle with. Sitting in a chair for 12 hours a day is tough. But I must confess I’ve done it myself before. Now I go to the gym regularly. Do you have a gym you can exercise at? It feels good once you’re done.

I’d rather have winter then summer but prefer fall and spring. I usually don’t need to bust out the hoodie until it’s in the 40s

I used to go to the gym but my anxiety got really bad. I felt like everyone was watching me. So I quit going. I just got some exercise bands. I did one workout so far. I should probably just put my phone down and do one now. I honestly really don’t feel like it though. It sounds challenging.
I get paranoid too. But I’m very lucky because I have my husband and he goes with me
I love hoodie weather. I like fall to sit out back till it cools down then put a hoodie on. My favorite part of the year. I just bought Sherpa lined joggers too. They are so warm and soft.
I just got in bed too and my dog is on the bed.
Oh okay. Nice. Yeah it was just me. The first two months weren’t bad but it got worse as time went on. I have trouble doing anything long term. I just lose interest. I played a lot of sports when I was younger to stay in shape. Now that’s done with I’m just getting fat.
Boredom during exercise is common. But not all of us know all different ways to exercise the different muscles etc to change it up.
