not much i like about winter, but the things i enjoy are hot chocolate, not having to do yard work, and the holiday season. what do you like about winter?
No freaking bitey bugs.
o yes and i forgot, no bugs, i love that as well.
^^^This! Watching my dog hurry up and do his business instead of lolly-gagging is good too. I want to go in too. It’s cold, dammit! Egg nog at XMas time is another plus.
I guess it would be the more time snuggling inside with my partner
I like getting cozy with blankets or comforters and not being too hot. I like not needing air conditioning.
No loud motorcycles tearing ass down the highway.
The holidays, less bugs, more excuses to sleep in, cheaper electricity bills.
I love the crisp, cold air - within reason.
No campers…
I am in Canada and I am starting to hate winter, its too long, cold and I can’t walk outside. I very rarely walk outside but now its never. I just don’t like walking on ice and in the cold.
Also I miss sitting in the sun in my backyard and doing BBQ.
Hiking trails are less crowded.
I like being alone in the woods.
It means the tourists left our tourist trap town and us towns folk can actually drive around without waiting forever and ever to get on the main drag. Two stoplights in the whole town. Long lines of cars in the summer. This Skunk tries not to succumb to road rage but it happens.
Listening to the pitter-pat of rain as I’m tucked in, taking a nap.
Not having to mow the lawn or overheating from meds
Yea meds make us overheat, I read that its a side effect, it messes up with perspiration.
Cheap electricity big difference
Not being all sweaty like now that it’s summer here. I hate being hot. I miss winter - love snuggling in bed.
Hot showers to thaw my bones.
And definitely less bugs - including dust mites!
Absolutely ■■■■■■■ nothing besides it’s livable.
