Pulling an all nighter/ do you own a car?

I’m doing laundry at seven a m. after a night awake here in my efficiency apt. In the summer I’ll stay up all night so I can get to the supermarket at dawn before it gets too hot. Anyone else do this? Is this unusual behavior? I ask because I’ll go to sleep later in the day. I told a relative to do the same because she can’t bear the heat but she doesn’t. I walk to the store, I have no car. I don’t know how to drive a car, just a motercycle. Who has a car? Do you cruise around at night with friends? I always had girls drive me around when I was young and cute.

I own a 1994 Truck. I definitely don’t cruise around in it, the gas mileage is terrible. It’s for emergencies only. Plus the fuel pumps are failing.

Havent had a car for 20 years. It was costing silly money, and i was getting strife cos of the meds i was on. You know, don’t drive or operate machinery on them if affected.

I have a disabled bus pass now anyway - but usually i will fork out for a taxi.

I drive a 2003 Ford focus but my driving licence is reviewed every 3 years. U.K medical review licence.

I can’t sleep - family stress. This is an unintentional all-nighter. Current ride is a 2018 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. I had a 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT I was restoring, but I wasn’t really making progress and someone offered me much more than I paid for it. Belongs to them now. I’m looking at a Volkswagen ID.Buzz next year. I don’t cruise a lot as I’m trying to be mindful of the environment. I generally only drive when I need to go somewhere, not just aimlessly. My wife drives a 2016 Dodge Caravan Crew.

I don’t have a car either, but I live in a city and use public transit. Right now it’s cold so I do things in the afternoon, but summertime I’ll do things in the morning.

I haven’t driven in over 15 years. I take public transport and mainly my family takes me places.

I don’t own a car. Id like to drive but I’m not confident it would be affordable long term.

I actually did go cruising once last year because I was that bored.

I’m the same. My moter responses are slow from medication. And I’m too careless to drive.

I own a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Last night I drove around and looked at Christmas lights. It doesn’t get great milage but the cities cheapest gas station ($3.84 a gallon) is just a couple of minutes from my house.

I have a thing for cars. I currently have 6 of them.

Two Toyota 4 Runners. One of them is a 2018’

That’s the only late model car we own. I also have a 2003 4Runner. When I bought the 2018 they offered my $1500 for it so it’s apparently not worth much. I just kept it. It’s still reliable transportation. We call it the dog truck. I drive my dogs around in it so we don’t get dog hair in the new one. I am about to roll over 200,000 miles in it. I would still take it on a road trip. It’s a Toyota.

My wife and I both have 2002 toys. I have a corvette and she has a Thunderbird.

I also have 2 1970 Mustangs I am working on. Neither one of them is finished right now. One of them was my first car. My dad bought it for me when I was 15 in 1985.

My dad recently passed and left me with a 1950 Chevy and a 1957 Thunderbird kit car but I am just trying to sell those. I have my hands full with the Mustangs.

I like older cars. These new cars are just too expensive.

I had a 2014 Mustang but my Dad mostly drove that. After he passed I sold it. I bought a 2016 Mustang GT convertible this year but I brought it back. It was just too damn expensive.

No, I don’t own a car.

But I hear I’m big in Japan.

2018 SUV here. I’ve driven once this year. I don’t drive around/hang out with people. I never really have. I did have a few college girlfriends I’d go to a park with, but definitely no drinking or late nights.

I only got two ride offers from women. One I regret to say I turned down due to anxiety. The other looked a lot like a girl I knew from elementary school at an older age. She said her son, and husband’s names were the same as mine but I just couldn’t ask her who she was. Anyway I just took the ride home as her kid was in the backseat, it was the right thing to do, and I was living with my Mother at the time. I have a nice matchbox car from childhood, but no car that really goes anywhere since my Mom told me I was physically unable to drive. Recently she admitted she didn’t let me drive because she was scared of how I was driving at 19. I have forgiven her but you miss out on some loving without your own car. You were lucky that women drove you around.
