it’s helpful in managing depression disorders, but i don’t recommend it if you’re a creative person. the areas it affects your brain are the same areas that power creativity, so when i was on it, i struggled to make anything art-related, and that was horrible for me. so i stopped taking it. i don’t believe it is addictive

I take it. It works well for me, with no side effects. It is activating and gives some energy, but I think all sari’s do that. I was on lexapro before and it was less energy stimulating.

I took Prozac when I was 23 years old. I really liked it. I had little issues with insomnia but no weight gain. I asked my Pdoc to switch my current antidepressant Nortryptaline to Prozac because I gained 50lbs of fat on my current medication combination. She refused because she saw stability in me and my current combination helps me sleep.
