You can also buy sunflower lecithin in supplement form to avoid soy.

it appears sunflower lecithin is safer as soya lecithin is derived using hexane .

So - its about 6 grams of the actual choline (the specific type of choline used successfully in the trial is phosphatidylcholine - so that is what I would use. Other types of choline might work - but there have been no studies on them.
