I talked with my pdoc and she agreed Prazosin would be a good option for me to try for my hyperarousal and nightmares at night. If it works (fingers crossed!) I will be going off the Ativan. If it doesn’t work, I’ll still be going off Ativan and we’ll be trying Trazodone (is that how it’s spelled?). I wanted to know if anyone on here has experience with Prazosin and how it was starting it. Thanks!

Good luck anna i hope it s work.i tried ativan couple of days but it did not help to my suicidal thoughts and feeling
Ive been taking it for about a month and a half now. Interesting dreams. Way more lucid. Its hard to describe, nightmares do happen occasionally but its like you don’t feel fear from it.
