Just letting the people concerned that I am taking my meds and am fine. I’m not delusional just have a specific concern. It doesn’t bother me much and I’m not overly stressed about it. I need to ask around and see what other people think. To get really crazy I may try to record sound while I sleep or move my bed to my living room. I am completely fine though and have good insight into how sick I am becoming when I get sick. I’m going to day treatment today and gonna ask some trusted staff.

Yeah, talk to them. You are having a flare up of symptoms.

I’m not though. I don’t “feel” like it happened or have any hallucinations or real paranoia associated with it. I think it may be happening cause the circumstances are suspicious.

I was gonna try and explain this to staff but I’ll just show them my post cause it pretty much explains it without me having to go into it. Thanks for your concern though.
