I wake up at 12:30-13:00. That’s when I have my breakfast !!
I have my lunch at 17:00.
And dinner at 21:00.

6 - 9 AM? Are you saying my breakfast at 3 PM is not breakfast because it’s not in the morning? :angry:

I usually take breakfast around 11 AM because in the morning i drink coffee and i smoke.
I wake up around 7 AM but not hungry in the morning

6:30 am if we’re being specific. That’s after I’ve had a shower and shave. On weekends I tend to eat brekkie around 9 am when the teenbeast struggles out of bed as we like to have meals as a family whenever we can.
