At what time of day do you eat supper?

Usually, here, we eat supper/dinner sometime between 4 and 6 pm. I’m in the central time zone.

I eat one meal a day around 2 - 3 pm then snack on chips around 7 or 8 pm

I normally eat around 1PM and then a light snack around 7 - 8PM.

Almost never before 5:00 pm, sometimes as late as 9:30pm. Usually between 5:30 and 7:00 pm.

its almost 10pm here and i still havent had dinner. i had soup and bread at around 5, but will eat again

6:30-9pm but I’ve been trying to eat healthier so I’m eating every 2-3 hours now :sweat_smile:

I eat breakfast between 10 and 11, lunch between 2 and 3, and dinner between 6 and 7.
