I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum, Level 1.

My evaluator also said “Gamera has significant strengths including above average intelligence, a good educational history, and awareness of her difference combined with a strong desire to understand herself and improve coping skills especially in social interactions.”

So I guess that I’m dealing with it ok.

No, not don’t care, just treat it as disease not as dimensions in a possible spectrum. Such a view would possibly see sz symptoms as dysfunctional dimensions of normal behavior and thought

I think a lot of the things in schizophrenia must be related to regular fluctuations of neurochemistry, but too much or something in sz makes thought and behavior become wonky. Certainly if something like quantity of neurochemical like dopamine makes thought and behavior like being social ir being alone there would be a spectrum based on or have relationship to quantity, but i am just speculating knowing little to nothing

I just think that if I was autistic, someone would have told me by now, at my age. So, I’m not going to worry about it.

I thought i might have been autistic for ages. Seems im not. But have adhd. And some sza negatives present as similar to some autism traits.

I might be somewhere on the spectrum, maybe not. No diagnosis and my doctor has never mentioned it, so I voted no.

I don’t know about diagnosis. But I sure feel like not able to speak well in groups and within family and also outside. So can relate to it. The reason is different here.

i had adhd but i dont think autism, some of the ways i am may seem like autism to people like my mom who for years said i may have it, i think tho i am just a bit weird lol i see it as a good thing tho as most ppl try too hard to be normal, or at least thats how it seems

There has been to occasions where someone has asked me if I have Asperger. I have thought about it myself, and I do have some traits of it.
