I’ve had my phone for just over 1.5 years.
I buy a new iPhone usually every 6 years when they stop the software updates.
I’ve had my phone since 2020.
The battery dies super fast now. Have to get either a new battery or a new phone soon.
IPhone 11 Pro from Holiday 2019.
I bought this one about a year ago, still works fine as far as i can tell. So im happy with it. I guess samsung, even their cheaper models do really well just bc they have a reputation to uphold.
I wish i could go back to iphone, but i sell them or smash them everytime i go off meds. Which isnt a problem now that i have to take the injections.
I wish I could go back and get a Droid instead. I want to use Xbox Gamepass on phone, and connect to my Sony Smart TV!
I’m gonna have to wait 2-3 years at least until my phone is old enough to justify replacing.
What games do you play?
About 5 days. Just got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and I’m still figuring out how the camera works.
Nice mang!

Right now I’m all about Street Fighter 6, though I play it on my laptop too. I’m really looking forward to Starfield this September, and also Mortal Kombat.
I used to play Halo but I switched to fighting games when Street Fighter 6 released. I also love Elden Ring and will play it more as soon as the DLC is released.
Also XCOM, backwards compatible vanilla and expanded. I haven’t gotten around to XCOM 2 yet.
Do you play Xbox?
Not anymore. I used to own a PS4 though. Loved playing Fallout on it.
@irrelevant - I see you voted 5 years. How is your battery life?
I got an iPhone 14 Plus about a month ago. I had a Google Pixel 4 before that, it only lasted two years before having ghost touch issues. Apparently Pixels get problems properly syncing software and hardware frequently. I’m an iPhone guy now ![]()
How do you like it? I have a Samsung A51.
It was an adjustment initially, this is my first iPhone. I like a lot. The battery life is awesome and the interface is better too, imo. I got the one with the big screen.
The only thing annoying me is the autocorrect ![]()
I owned one for about a week. I fixed one I found at the recycle center and it took about seven days for my kid to make off with it.

Got an iPhone 11. I’ll run it till I can’t any more yhen get the latest available. They cost to much to change often. I got other hobbies to blow money on.
For me it boiled down to a camera upgrade. The fact that it can be used as a phone is entirely incidental to the main issue.
Its fine. I dont use my phone much tho. Usually just for calls. Sometimes texts. And pictures. But it usually has about 60% by night time. It’s an iphone 7 plus.
I got a new one this year. Funny how my last phone came out of plan and after an ios update the battery started to seriously die. ![]()
