Alpha are leaders
Beta are followers
Gamma are even more followers? Do they exist?
Sigma are lone
Omega are ultimately submissive??? This also may not exist

Oh ok. Then beta or sigma, depending on the situation. I only follow leaders I acknowledge. And I have no thirst for leading others.

I guess I would fit the sigma description before diagnosed, I was a loner but confident enough. Maybe I would be viewed as a beta now, don’t really care.

I think most people don’t think a lot about these roles and if they fit any of them. It’s not like a meet someone and think “what a beta” lol
