Are you more a leader or a follower?? My whole life I’ve never been a follower really at all. Kind of gravitated to no role at all. Not in the group. I think I’m in between more than anything. Neither a follower or a leader. Just kind of a 1 man band. Doing my own thing. But not necessarily leading anyone. What are you?

Im not a good leader at all. Im too fearful of people, too gentle, too socially clumsy, not dominant. Im not a good follower either. Im too stubborn, too explorative. I tend to avoid dominant people or end up in fights with them because i refuse to follow them if they havent got good arguments.
Im more a loner than a group person.

I voted “in between” because I have functioned in both roles. I have been a leader and I also have no problem letting someone else be in charge. I can follow if need be, as long as we are working towards the same goal.
