I used to have internal and external voices all misinterpreted and making meaning out of eagle sounds as well.

Now I have no clue where it all went.

But last week I saw the shadow person. I thought it was a thief.

Oh my ! I wish voices never start again.

My Voices mostly tell me how evil and bad i am, but sometimes they tell me to hurt myself. I’m sick of hearing them.

Mostly just as I’m drifting off to sleep. They don’t bother me when I’m talking to others.

I do get the random KYS during moments of silence though. Those are lovely. Sometimes the voice even apologizes after. Most often it’s benign though.

I live with quite a bit of… hallucinations, but if you’d been me when I was really out of it, in my first few years, you’d realize that this level of hallucinations I’m at now is like, super beginner level easy compared to what I went through for my first few years before my meds got straightened out. Voice used to insult me constantly all day and tell me to stop doing what I was doing whenever I was doing something. I used to just lay still doing nothing to obey the voice. Nothing like that happens anymore.

I hear what I take delusionally as telepathic communication from others mind or something that is in the spiritual realm of others. It also comes with mental visions. Like someone having a gun and just start shooting up the place for example. I also delusionally feel different telepathic vibes depending on the situation. Sometimes I get a sexuall vibe or fighting vibe for example.

When I’m odd meds there bad with meds I don’t hear them at all
