I guess insulin isn’t going to be as bad anymore. They supposedly capped insulin costs at $35 on Medicare today.

I was on insulin for a while but quit years ago.

Currently on Metformin and Forxiga

I have an insulin pump, and continuous glucose monitor. They work together. I call it my little pancreas. I never wanted to be on insulin, yet here we are. I’m also on Metformin and a very strict diet. My diabetes will never be reversible. They are removing the rest of my pancreas next month, then I will become completely insulin dependent.

I never was on insulin but I was always on metformin.
Today I’m on both metformin and Ozempic, the injectable diabetes drug.

I also try to control my diabetes through diet
