sometimes I take varous vitamins.also a Chinese herb which I take virtually every day.heps negative symptoms.
Probably the krill oil — omega 3. I try to eat a lot of fish too. Brain health, heart health, joint health. Just a healthy supplement all around.
I’ve tried fish oil and multivitamins but after a while tend to forget to take and end up with a bottle of capsules beyond their sell by date.

I’m trying a nutritional supplement called “black seed oil”. Of course its promoters make extravagant claims about its efficacy, but it does seem to be having some effect on me. I sleep longer and harder on it. I’ve noticed other stirrings in my body from this supplement, but I haven’t noticed any marked effect.

I take vitamin B, D, and half a zinc pill. B and D I take daily while zinc is every other day (because of saftey reasons)
