I know this was a discussion a long time ago. But why would someone fake it? For attention? For recognition? It is pretty easy to see through troll postings. Trolls aren’t very long lasting either if they are not given attention.

I don’t understand why someone would pretend to have sz or some sort of physcotic illness. It’s insulting really for those who do suffer with the illness.

My former pdoc subscribed to a million and one medical journals. How he found the time to read all of those journals is anyone’s guess. What with all of the patients he saw and all the scholarly books he wrote and all of the lectures he gave at medical schools and all, and then he had his family, when would he have had the time to look at our website?
