One 5mg Valium tab will calm me down and make me sleepy.

The only benzo that works for me is clonazepam. But that works real well for me. But I don’t take it regular.

I take 15 mg Valium when I go to the dentist. I’m prescribed 10 mg.

I have 20 mg Oxazepam too. It’s for normal anxiety and not “I’m about to die anxiety” like dentist’s office.

I take them before anxiety hits the roof. Usually 10 mg Oxazepam is enough.

It makes me feel normal.

i was going to say
