I contemplate getting a water filter. Our water is relatively good, and not fluoridated. But still. I thought of buying a Berkey filter. But they literally almost doubled in price since the last time I checked. They are starting at 400 euros now. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I drink diet coke haha but if i did drink water i’d drink filtered tap water.

We live in a town with excellent water so there is no need to filter.

That is great.

Our water seems to be good as compared to, say, the Chinese city where I lived. But a company has been polluting the soil. Officially the water is still safe. But I have my doubts. Bit by bit stories are coming out, like them secretly dumping chemicals, or people having cancer in the area around the company, and being recommend to not eat food from their garden. Workers going to court for miscarriages. I don’t know. I prefer a filter, if I can afford it.

I have very hard tap water. You can get used to it and be fine but if you aren’t used to it you might have trouble drinking it.

I drink filtered water out of the fridge sometimes, I mean it’s there. I switch it out about once a week. I’m so busy drinking canned water, bottled water, herbal tea, tea, coffee, root beer and propel I don’t have room left for plain water.

I used to when I was younger. Pretty rare that I drink tap water anymore. Our tap water is fine to drink, though.

Our tap water is alright, but we bought a Pur Plus filter. So yes, I drink tap water, but filtered.

I put tap water in a water bottle and put it in fridge I don’t do any filtering

straight from the tap unless the lake is turning , then we switch temporarily to bottled water for a month or so.

I always wondered about tap water…the pipes that bring it to your house must be 100 years old… Don’t they rust and break down? Wonder what kind of state they’re in.
