I’ve worked very hard to curb my anxiety. I found some supplements that help me greatly. Also coffee was making things much worse, so I only have 1 cup a day.

I’m anxious all the time.
Everything stresses me out!

PRN Klonopin helps some.

I was always an anxious person but I do believe it’s gotten worse over the years.

I am a naturally very, very anxious person. I have to be medicated to mitigate the anxiety. I find that 120 mg of Cymbalta daily does a really good job of keeping the anxiety at bay and allows me to live a more normal life. I still have times where I suffer but it’s not constant, gut wrenching, nail biting anxiety like it is without. I used to use a benzo, but I needed so much as I built up tolerance that I was suffering memory problems and blackouts so I stopped. Now I only use my benzo for my driving anxiety on trips where I will be going highway speeds. Which is rare, you can’t hardly get me to go in a car if I know it’s going to go over 35 mph.

The start of Poes short story, “The tell tale heart” is like how i feel.

“True - nervous - very, very, dreadfully nervous I had been and am.”

I used to be all the time but now it’s not as bad and I manage it ok. I rated my anxiety a 6-7/10 at my first appt with my aprn and 4/10 the second

At home I can alleviate the anxiety with CBD and therapy tools. This is where I feel most safe.

Out and about strikes me the most, it can get hard. My nails always take a thrashing.

I won’t take benzo’s. I’m too high risk for abuse IMO. I’d end up doing something stupid.

It’s a fight. Some days it’s harder than others.

I had constant anxiety about 10 years ago, but it has dissipated. I would say it’s been a combo of daily meditation and time

I’ve just now realized that living alone, I’m nowhere near as anxious as I was living with my family or my son or my husband or my gf. Living with all of them, my anxiety was absolutely through the roof. I need to live and be alone.

I can definitely identify with this. I have GAD and am extremely anxious in general and it’s gotten a lot worse in the past year since the pandemic. I take setraline. I also have klonopin as a PRN but try to avoid using it unless absolutely necessary.

I rarely have an anxiety attack, sometimes I have a little anxiety but my Olanzapine is effective in eliminating it for the most part.

If there was a device to convert anxiety into energy I could power my house forever and charge some Tesla’s lol

I voted no hardly ever, but I think the reason for that is the Pregabalin I take

My anxiety was terrible for years until it got treated

So glad it has let up

For me the anxiety was like a living nightmare, and worse than Psychosis.

At least when I am totally psychotic and having an episode, it may as well be in my sleep, as I am completely gone in the head

Pretty bad anxiety on a day-to-day basis. It often comes out of nowhere and for no rhyme or reason.
