Seriously i understand, i also have dark thoughts, it not a good place to be in, you want to get out of it as soon as you can, just think of happy thoughts like flowers, rainbows, bunny, sunshines and blue skies. Anything positive to counteract the negative thoughts. Listen to some mediation music for 10 minutes to relax your mind, learn to be in the present moment youll be okay were here for you okay, i really hope you feel better, i understand.

@Vertigo you are such a wonderful, kind, giving, loving person. I have always been so fond of you. I can’t stand the thought of you suffering like this. I know you can’t take SSRI’s but can you take SSNRI’s? I believe that’s what Cymbalta is. It works great for me. Anyway I hope you figure something out soon so you can get to a stable place and start thriving again. Let me know if I can do anything at all to help.

It’s good that you’ll see your pdoc tomorrow. Make sure you tell your pdoc exactly how you’ve been feeling and how desperate you are for some relief. I hope you start feeling better soon.

What about giving lithium a try ?

Or a low dose of a partial antagonist like abilify to add to the risperidone if you tolerate it ?
