Pickles have zero calories

They do have a lot of sodium. Around 200-300 mg of sodium per pickle. If you exercise it’s not a bad things. Lot’s of bodybuilders eat pickles before they work out because it helps give you a pump. There’s also a ton of other health benefits from it.

The sweet gherkins I like have somewhere around 50 calories per serving if I remember correctly. I guess the sugar they use has calories so it comes from that. Most pickles are only like 5 calories or less.

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had them. Don’t remember any grease.

Yummy. Are they dills?

What are the little sweet ones called? Are those gerkins? I like those.

Hearing the word ‘gizzards’ just reminds me of some of the dissections I did at university…gross, I wouldn’t eat that.
