I understand you’re going through a lot of stress in this circumstance. He is certainly working on the phone line, but has not made an appointment by talking to your mother. Whoever that guy is might have just told you whatever came to his head to let you let him do his job. The people who work on phone lines don’t make the appointments. He’s probably harmless, just trying to do his job.
I’m hoping so. it’s just ■■■■■■■■ my mom didn’t tell me. She knows this stresses me out and it’s just like I need to not panic it’s probably fine but the rest of me is screaming murderer and I’m just freaking out and he’s in my house and I’m so scared omfg I want him to just do whatever and leave
