May this Skunk inquire as to the name of that awesome looking Bearded Dragon?

I am considering a Pacman frog myself. Still doing research.

My Charles loves belly rubs and he loves play biting. Crazy :heart_eyes_cat:

In the summer time, we spend a good 50 to 80 bucks having this Cat shaved By professionals Is well-loved. His name is Jack jack.

Please be civil.

Should You Shave Your Dog or Cat for Summer?.

It appears it’s only helpful for dogs with thick long coats, if anything.

You risk throwing off their own body temperature regulation and sunburn for cats and short haired dogs.

The sticker patches here in Kansas are so bad. That jackjack was covered. Could not be combed . And spends most of his time in the air conditioning.

Please be civil.

Ok. DrZen. I’m pretty sure your intent was not malicious. Just informing you based on internet sources. It’s not recommended.

I am being quite civil. If you interpret giving out information as being hostile, I dont know what to say…

Shaving a short haired cat…or any cat makes very little sense to me.

Unless there is some sort of medical condition requiring a shave.

It’s straight up animal abuse to shave a cats fur off. They cannot regulate their temp in bad weather. It’s abuse. I am being very civil, actually.

iirc fur should never be shaved, its why they shed so much in the summer, the body takes care of itself. some dogs dont have fur but have hair that doesnt shed as much and will grow infinitely like bichon frise (i had one), poodles etc. its interesting because they are also hypoallergenic probably due to not shedding and having different type of hair vs fur. even with my bichon frise poofy hair we still rarely cut it short, but dogs with that type of hair require alot of grooming
