Honestly i couldnt be bothered with this shiit!
If i had a bottle lying around i would drink it, but not going out my way to get it just cause these goddamn lefties claim it to be a miracle drug !!
Why does it have to be “lefties”?
I use it and notice a drastic improvment in pain levels. It helps my husband be able to walk without pain.
I think it IS a miriacle when it comes to pain improvement but not a cure all by any means. Compared to stuff like hydrocodone, it is better.
You have to get the right dose though. We bought a low mg bottle of vape juice and it did nothing. A high mg sublingual worked perfectly.
I was taking it at one time. But it’s expensive. 35 dollars a bottle. It helped with anxiety but I couldn’t afford it so I stopped taking it
My husband has a spine injury and it didn’t help him at all.
Have you seen the poeple that promote it?
Well maybe just out of my friends, all the herbivores and plant life druggies hail it as their wonder drug !!
Not all of us on the left are druggies and all.
I wanna try CBD, but I know my pdoc won’t allow it. She’d rather prescribe me ativan or some other benzo
Yea cause they actually work !!!
It’s expensive. 1 bottle of vape juice cost me $35 and really should have bought gel instead but it is $15 a syringe.
I’d rather try CBD to see if it works, rather than pop a habit-forming benzo.
Just be sure to get the strongest mg you can afford. The low mg stuff doesn’t work.
what is considered a “strong” dose? the gummies I’m looking at are 10 mg per dose/gummy
My pharmacist swears by it told me to ask my doctor but I’m doing well I don’t need it but my sister and mom May need it
That’s pretty low. The juice I bought is 500mg. The gel was 1000
alright. I might start at 500mg and go from there
I bought some. 6.4mg capsules of CBD. I definitely feel it when I take it occasionally. It is not a buzz as such, but makes things a little more perceptive. It would feel a lot better with the THC.
But can’t really do that at the moment.
Here’s a study that found it to be comparable to amisulpride. I think it was really high doses like 800mg a day which is completely unaffordable.
I agree with you
I smoked some cbd hemp yesterday… I think most of what I experienced was a psychological resonance with the experience of smoking marijuana. It looked the same, smelt the same, inhaled the same, and left me feeling as if I had smoked… body wise is was very similar. I will say elements of it scared me, but those might some of the fundamental elements of my psychotic discrepancy. Things that might be sortable in the sense of exposure therapy.
Still for safety’s sake I am not going to smoke it very often and not outside of safe contexts… which is me being outside complex social situations.
Potentially a good amplifier for meditative practices… perhaps even more so than pot due to it lacking the runaway dissociated effect.
The difference was noticeable for about 3 hours… and had completely faded around 5 or 6. However, these chemicals do build up in one’s system. So I’m wary of long term effects.
Waiting on more research to be done in regards to it’s effects on patients with psychotic symptoms.
Really though, that faded and removed sense of self in the face of the pressures of the world is not something I care to entertain. There is work to be had, money to be made, the self and others to take care of… Focusing on those things is the way I find relaxation against my paranoias.
