People with mental health issues 'need more help with money'

Funnily enough this is my best daily living skill . I’m not brilliant at it , but neither am I in debt. Some months I spend quite a lot , but other months I don’t .

I know however that money management can be problematic for many with mental illness .

That is a site for those in the UK . Perhaps others could post such sites for those in the USA,Australia etc .

Thank you @firemonkey for sharing this, I have been looking for some advice in the aspect of money. Any tips on budgeting? I’d appreciate it guy.

Arrange for essentials like electric/gas/internet/phone/rent etc to be paid by direct debit(if not in the UK then your country’s equivalent) . If you have a credit card consider paying that in full also by direct debit(or equivalent) each month .

Save 5-15% of your income ,if you can .

Hopefully others will come up with better tips .
