Surprise, surprise…
A drug that quells hunger when no longer taken doesn’t quell hunger.
It’ll be like a keto diet. The results look spectacular at first, but when you stop ketoing the weight comes back on making it pointless.
The NHS plan to make it a two year cut off point, then they won’t supply it anymore.
I think a weight loss drug triggered my first psychotic episode. In one of the threads about it someone said they may have meth. Knowing how the stuff works here I wouldn’t be surprised if that shite had it.
Do you think the mindset of people who need these drugs is to blame at some point? I mean the reason people overeat in the first place is not addressed by taking thes drugs.
Should they go to therapy then? ![]()
I think both food therapy and weight suppressing drugs are necessary together.
Anyone with deep seated issues should probably attend counselling and therapy.
Perhaps, it is just meds that drive appetite enourmously, and then what can they do?
