Hi friends,
Do you ever get mean glances from people? Or, have people mutter under their breath around you?
Today, in the store three different employees muttered under their breath, including the cashier who did it for like a minute. I couldn’t catch what he was saying. I feel like I had an angry look on my face and that’s why they did this. Maybe it’s from sz or medication. Does this happen to anyone else?
Btw I’m seeing a shrink but I thought I’d post here to see responses.
I experience a lot of people talking sh*t and looking at me when I’m in public.
I have to repeat a mantra that it has nothing to do with me. I’m hoping to train my mind into thinking this so that I don’t have to try to be sane anymore. That it just happens automatically.
It use to happen to me a lot before meds. I’m sure now it wasn’t really happening as it appeared.
they give me attitude before i even do anything and then they wonder why im crazy 
i dunno honestly i went to a liquor store tonight and i hadnt been to that liquor store since i was 21 years old cuz they were always rude and the guy was still rude af,the same guy from 10 years ago…and gave me a hard time asking for ID and then laughed at me as i was leaving the store for no reason really other than they were douchebags
this is the last time im ever going to a liquor store i swear
I wonder why people would act this way towards schizophrenics? I figure I was a bit overwhelmed today and maybe it showed.
Yeah, I am on a high dose of meds have pretty much eliminated delusions and hallucinations.
