People are so stupid

People, including very old folks walking around a crowded supermarket without a mask.
I told my father that if he wanted to go to the market we were going to wear masks.
That’s what we did.
I’m sorry we walked into a crowded area in the first place.
Last time.

Masks won’t be mandatory in England from tomorrow. They’re thinking the vaccines will make the virus more tolerable

I understand that you’re worried. And there are new variants coming out all the time. But even if you did, against all odds, get COVID, you would get a lot less ill than if you weren’t vaccinated. So try not to let this affect your mental wellbeing.

I am fully vaccinated and I have continued to wear a mask when going to indoor public places such as the grocery store. In fact, I’m now back to wearing KN95 or N95 masks because of the sheer number of unmasked people at the grocery store. I feel increasingly unsafe since I have underlying medical conditions.

Parts of California are going back to recommending masks be worn in indoor public places, including vaccinated people. LA County has mandated everyone wear masks again when in indoor public places. I am hoping that the entire state of California eventually mandates masks indoors for everyone.

The problem is that less than 50% of people in the U.S. are fully vaccinated, and a large number of unvaccinated people have decided to ignore the mask rules and to also refuse to be vaccinated Therefore covid cases are rapidly increasing again.

It appears that the only way to ensure that unvaccinated people wear masks indoors to slow the spread of covid, is to require that all people wear masks indoors. I am getting really tired of the irresponsibility of so many people. It Is disappointing and dangerous.

It’s possible that you can get COVID, not be ill, but pass it along to someone who will get very ill. Also, not everyone is protected by a vaccine or can receive one. I choose to be the break in transmission.

I still avoid going anywhere, work, groceries and home

I saw on the internet that there is a developing pandemic of unvaccinated people for the covid virus. If it is just too hard for them to get to where they need to go to be vaccinated I can have some sympathy, but a willful refusal to get vaccinated makes me angry.

I only wear a mask because I refuse to brush my teeth anymore.
