She listened to me for about 45 minute. She and my case manager just listened. Then the pdoc asked questions like what was my depression at? My anxiety, was high too. She prescribed abilify, a low dose at first then after 72 hours lower the haldol and raise the abilify.
She said the abilify is a last ditch effort if it doesn’t work then we will look into genosight testing. My worries is what if I’ve already tried the med that genosight testing recommends
Is this a med change or as a antidepressants adjunct?

Glad the cbt went well for you. It’s a med change. I also take a very high dose of latuda

Did they have any recommendations about your living situation? Seems to me that’s more an influence on your health than a change in meds would make. Or at least equal.
With my living situation not really any suggestions they are hoping honestly that the abilify will increase the motivation

I don’t know she didn’t say she just said it will increase from 5mgs and up
