I don’t know what to tell him besides:
-I want my meds consistently reduced until I am off meds (we always have this talk)
-I smoked cannabis once since mid december

All psychiatrists I’ve had refused to take me off meds.

No med reduction. Everything the same.

In 30 years of treatment I have only ever been offered a drinking program by a psychiatrist. I turned it down lol
No psychologist has ever been considered.
Do they even offer that stuff in the uk?
